The next best staff there are in the Parts Dept, Tony and Scott have been most helpful in sourcing difficult parts and at a very fair price for a dealership. There have been a few technicians who worked on the vehicle over the years, unfortunately I have forgotten their names. Even though I have occasionally been slightly disappointed by some minor issue or other, they have always tried to rectify the matter as promptly as possible with out further ado. This is a first class outfit and recommend it with out reservations. More

In a service-based economy, most businesses seem to be missing the mark with the "service" and focusing on their own economy! NOT LANGWAY! These guys are the real-deal. Case in point: Brought my 2010 Scion in a few weeks ago to have the clutch checked. Langway put it up on the lift, checked it out, verified all was in working order with no repairs needed, and called me a couple of hours later to say it was finished. When I came back, they returned my car to me, free of charge, and they even washed and vacuumed it! Wow! So I continue to bring both my 2014 Sienna and the Scion in for regular service (just had an oil change today, 4/11/2017) because I know its going to be done right, I know I won't be charged for unnecessary work, and I get my car back on time and clean!!! More
