Taken advantage of & lied to Went in to buy out my lease, which I have had for the past 2 years. Finance Manager Jeanne Del Santo did not know her xxx from her elbow; she d id not know her own fax number, which resulted in us calling my insurance agency twice to get them to properly fax over paperwork. She also informed me my interest rate would be somewhere in the mid/high 4s, which was outrageous to begin with since my credit score was in the low 800s! When I got to the dealership and began discussing paperwork I was told my interest rate would be 5.45. She told me my credit history was not good enough to get anything lower despite having a score of 802. She also did not give me the option to opt out of an additional warranty, which then cost me an additional $2,000, when the car should still be under the original manufacturer's warranty. The total cost of everything will be as much as a brand new car and not a used car with 2 years of previous, on-time payments. Back was against a wall time-wise and since I needed to retain my car I had no option than to sign the paperwork. Very dissatisfied. Feel taken advantage of. Will be refinancing through AAA and will never buy another Nissan. More
