I was purchasing the vehicle because i was substantially over my allowed mileage and could not afford to pay for the overage. I spoke with the owner Jim Langway who i had met a couple of times before at the dealership who always remembered me and my name. Jim had asked what i was there for and i explained the situation and he asked if he himself could run some numbers to try to get me into a new car. Well he waved his magic wand and made the overage costs go away and got me into a new lease for about what i was paying currently. John Weidenfeller was my sales consultant that guided me through the rest of the process which was quick and extremely easy John was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive with phenomenal customer service skills More

We purchased a new car in August from John Weidenfeller. John was a gentlemen and very knowledgeable in all areas. Our new car was ready and waiting for us the when we went down to pick it up. Well that's ok people move on so I worked with a guy named Kevin WHO BY THE WAY IS CLUELESS!! he completely ignored what I was saying and hands me off to a sales professional (Jim) NO knowledge of the product at ALL. but I still stayed and listened to what he had to say BUT after listening to the way the OWNER AND THE OTHER 'MANAGEMENT" was speaking about people I was appalled !! Cursing loud enough for CUSTOMERS to hear that's just so unprofessional !!!!! as I was leaving I looked right at MR. LANGWAY as he was telling the sales person F... HIM move on !!
