We purchased a new car in August from John Weidenfeller. John was a gentlemen and very knowledgeable in all areas. Our new car was ready and waiting for us the when we went down to pick it up. DONT BUY AT LANGWAY !!!!!!!! The owner James Langway is the biggest LIAR AND UNCARING person I've ever met in my life!!!! He must train all his employees to act like him !! I was referred to Langway Toyota by a good friend he told me to ask for either nick or Keith, after I get there I find out that neither of them work there anymore . Well that's ok people move on so I worked with a guy named Kevin WHO BY THE WAY IS CLUELESS!! he completely ignored what I was saying and hands me off to a sales professional (Jim) NO knowledge of the product at ALL. but I still stayed and listened to what he had to say BUT after listening to the way the OWNER AND THE OTHER 'MANAGEMENT" was speaking about people I was appalled !! Cursing loud enough for CUSTOMERS to hear that's just so unprofessional !!!!! as I was leaving I looked right at MR. LANGWAY as he was telling the sales person F... HIM move on !! Out of town service We had an amazing service experience with Adam. We were in Newport for a regatta when our check engine light came on and some strange noises were hea We had an amazing service experience with Adam. We were in Newport for a regatta when our check engine light came on and some strange noises were heard coming from under the car. Not only were they accommodating but they provided us with rides to and from our accomodations in downtown Newport. Adam was polite, professional and honest. We highly recommend the service department and may consider purchasing our next Sequoua from this location even though we live in CT. Mike and O'Neil were the shuttle drivers and they too were polite, friendly and a wealth of information about Newport. After dropping our vehicle off at 8am- we had it back by 1pm with a bill under $225 dollars. We could not have been happier as our next stop was Martha's Vineyard. Thank you! More

Taken advantage of & lied to Went in to buy out my lease, which I have had for the past 2 years. If I had known what was ahead of me I would have just traded in and gone elsewhere Went in to buy out my lease, which I have had for the past 2 years. If I had known what was ahead of me I would have just traded in and gone elsewhere. Finance Manager Jeanne Del Santo did not know her xxx from her elbow; she d id not know her own fax number, which resulted in us calling my insurance agency twice to get them to properly fax over paperwork. She also informed me my interest rate would be somewhere in the mid/high 4s, which was outrageous to begin with since my credit score was in the low 800s! When I got to the dealership and began discussing paperwork I was told my interest rate would be 5.45. She told me my credit history was not good enough to get anything lower despite having a score of 802. She also did not give me the option to opt out of an additional warranty, which then cost me an additional $2,000, when the car should still be under the original manufacturer's warranty. The total cost of everything will be as much as a brand new car and not a used car with 2 years of previous, on-time payments. Back was against a wall time-wise and since I needed to retain my car I had no option than to sign the paperwork. Very dissatisfied. Feel taken advantage of. Will be refinancing through AAA and will never buy another Nissan. More
