disappointed Started off by calling me the wrong name, which continued during the process, even after being corrected. They expressed negative views of my insurance company, which I took personally, as I've been with them 35 years. They offered me a loaner at $45 a day when signage offered $25. Once work started, I got a message about the repair work, but they mentioned the wrong location of work to be done ! Everyone is nice enough, but I doubt I will return for general maintenance or body work. More

I was purchasing the vehicle because i was substantially over my allowed mileage and could not afford to pay for the overage. I spoke with the owner Jim Langway who i had met a couple of times before at the dealership who always remembered me and my name. Jim had asked what i was there for and i explained the situation and he asked if he himself could run some numbers to try to get me into a new car. Well he waved his magic wand and made the overage costs go away and got me into a new lease for about what i was paying currently. John Weidenfeller was my sales consultant that guided me through the rest of the process which was quick and extremely easy John was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive with phenomenal customer service skills More

John is the guy to see when shopping at langway We heard mixed reviews about Langway but decided to give them a try considering they had both vehicles we wanted and the dealership is close to home. No pressure at all from him, ever! The entire process he was laid back and matter of fact, something my fiance and I both appreciated. We don't like pushy people especially when shopping for a car and John was the best person for the job. We bought two beautiful cars, a Highlander Platinum and a Denali, and John made the process easy. We went in after work late both nights around 6pm, an hour and a half before they closed, and stayed until about 8 both times and we never felt rushed . All of the employees were very friendly and joked around with each other and customers. Fun atmosphere. Jeannie was great too. Made the financial process easy and she has a great personality. Very funny and professional and knows what she's doing. Overall, great experience from Langway so far. Haven't dealt with the service department yet, which I've heard horror stories about, but we will see for ourselves when that day comes. For now, 5 stars for John! More

All went well and I was accomodated in no time. The detail wax job was not done well as there were areas which were missed out on when I inspected the car on my return home.
