Pleasant Experience Went out on a rainy Wednesday to look at some used cars for my son. Really had no intention of purchasing that day already look at 3 cars had 4 more t Went out on a rainy Wednesday to look at some used cars for my son. Really had no intention of purchasing that day already look at 3 cars had 4 more to look at. Arrived at Langway and was immediately met by Mitch, very nice guy, the car we wanted to see was there so we chatted about it a few minutes then took it for a test drive. Nice car in good shape. Went inside for the usual "talk" told Mitch we were just looking but he asked my son what it would take to get my son to stop his search and buy the car today. My son gave him a number we both thought would not be accepted because we intended to good look at other cars anyway. To our surprise after a couple of trips make and forth to the sales Manager they were able to meet our offer. Now keep in mind that the car was already fairly priced we had no issue with the asking price but as mentioned we were not expecting to purchase today. When they met the offer my son was quit willing to purchase. I would give Langway Toyota Nissan very high marks for the way we were treated. Very low pressure, very pleasant attitudes it was the type of experience as a car buyer you hope to have and believe me I have bought several cars, I have a wife and 4 kids who drive and I find myself buying cars almost every year one reason or another. Langway is high on my list of places I would buy again we bought a Volkswagen not one of their primary brands but it was what we were looking for and it was a nice car. A nice car, a great price, a great experience what more could you ask for NOT the stereotypical salespeople we all know and fear/hate. I highly suggest you go and see for yourself. They expressed negative views of my insurance company, which I took personally, as I've been with them 35 years. They offered me a loaner at $45 a day when signage offered $25. Once work started, I got a message about the repair work, but they mentioned the wrong location of work to be done ! Everyone is nice enough, but I doubt I will return for general maintenance or body work. More

New lease Went to arrange to purchase my leased vehicle which was set to expire in a couple of months. I was purchasing the vehicle because i was substantially over my allowed mileage and could not afford to pay for the overage. I spoke with the owner Jim Langway who i had met a couple of times before at the dealership who always remembered me and my name. Jim had asked what i was there for and i explained the situation and he asked if he himself could run some numbers to try to get me into a new car. Well he waved his magic wand and made the overage costs go away and got me into a new lease for about what i was paying currently. John Weidenfeller was my sales consultant that guided me through the rest of the process which was quick and extremely easy John was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive with phenomenal customer service skills More

John is the guy to see when shopping at langway We heard mixed reviews about Langway but decided to give them a try considering they had both vehicles we wanted and the dealership is close to home. We heard mixed reviews about Langway but decided to give them a try considering they had both vehicles we wanted and the dealership is close to home. John was our sales guy and he was great. No pressure at all from him, ever! The entire process he was laid back and matter of fact, something my fiance and I both appreciated. We don't like pushy people especially when shopping for a car and John was the best person for the job. We bought two beautiful cars, a Highlander Platinum and a Denali, and John made the process easy. We went in after work late both nights around 6pm, an hour and a half before they closed, and stayed until about 8 both times and we never felt rushed . All of the employees were very friendly and joked around with each other and customers. Fun atmosphere. Jeannie was great too. Made the financial process easy and she has a great personality. Very funny and professional and knows what she's doing. Overall, great experience from Langway so far. Haven't dealt with the service department yet, which I've heard horror stories about, but we will see for ourselves when that day comes. For now, 5 stars for John! More
