Having known Bob DeMagistris for some 15 years, I turned to him to help make my new car decision. He was a pleasure to work with and I most comfortable with the choice I made. Everyone that I have met at the dealership has been very courteous. A smile goes a long way in conducting business. Damian was very helpful in getting me on the road and meeting James Langway added to the choice that I made to do business with his dealership. His assurance that I am more than just a number is most important to me. It feels comfortable just to walk into either of the Middletown showrooms. More

Nissian Service I bought a 7 year old truck and it had a few things to be fix that the dealer had no problem fixing and both Jeff Soars and, Jackline Ellis at service I bought a 7 year old truck and it had a few things to be fix that the dealer had no problem fixing and both Jeff Soars and, Jackline Ellis at service went all out for me and, my 2010 truck came out very nice. They are very good at there jobs and will bring you return service. Mitch Carter was awesome also we got a deal made very easy he is a straight shooter. Qudo's to Josh at Toyota in Mitch's absents he was very helpful also in getting my truck fixed. Also I want to mention Ian from Nissian service whom exsplained the work he did on the truck. More

I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy now or later but Mitch was able to get the truck to me for the price and payments I needed and we quickly sealed the deal! Langway Toyota has gone above and beyond! I’m ver happy with my truck and anyone looking to buy a car should definitely give langway toyota/nissan a look! More

Collision Center Review I brought my Toyota to this collision center because I has used Newport Toyota in the past, before ownership changed hands and it became Langway Toyot I brought my Toyota to this collision center because I has used Newport Toyota in the past, before ownership changed hands and it became Langway Toyota. I was not happy with the service provided by Langway. First of all, it took 6 weeks to repair my car. When I returned to pick up my car, they had emptied the contents of the trunk of my car and just thrown everything in the back seat of the car. It was a mess! The woman who handled the transactions walked me out to my car and when I told her that I was not happy with the way they had just thrown everything in the backseat of my car, she said that it was like that when she saw it come in, which was a lie. It looked like someone was living out of the car. She then turned around and walked into the building and I left very unhappy. They could have told me to empty the contents of my trunk beforehand, or they could have put all the items in a box or bag, but it appeared they could not have cared less. The car was returned to me in a filthy condition, though they were paid top dollar by the insurance company. Also, they sent several cnflicting text messages about when the car would be ready. Overall, I am very disatisfied with their work and their lack of customer service, I can tell you that Newport Toyota would never have treated a customer like that! More

I bought my car at this dealership a couple of years ago, and thought we'd give it a try again. I was impressed! The intent had been to purchase a late model used car, but the leftover 17 was such a good price, due to the discounts that could be applied. More
Unbelievable!!!! We went to Langwayy Toyota to buy a new vehicle. We decided on a new Toyota Rav 4. We made out a personal check to purchase a new 2018 Toyota Rav 4 We went to Langwayy Toyota to buy a new vehicle. We decided on a new Toyota Rav 4. We made out a personal check to purchase a new 2018 Toyota Rav 4 for over $26K. We were told they could not accept the personal check. So we went to the bank for a Treasury check for $26K. We were then able to get the car.. However, they did not give us the personal check back, (we were told it would be destroyed), but it was deposited into THEIR account!!!!!!! Six weeks later, they informed us of this “mistake.” Kevin just said, sorry. Oh well, just a mistake. They finally sent a check back to us for the $26 with no apology message. How would YOU feel about this dealership???? We will nrver buy a vehicle from this dealership ever again!!!!! Would you? More
