I brought my 2016 Tacoma to Langway due to a slight wobble in the front end. They diagnosed it as a slightly loose front caliper. Getting the truck back, it had the same wobble sound. I researched o wobble in the front end. They diagnosed it as a slightly loose front caliper. Getting the truck back, it had the same wobble sound. I researched online and called them back, giving them the information I found. They subsequently diagnosed the issue as the one that I shared with them. They had the truck for three days before it was completed. I needed to pick the truck up that night after close of business hours. When I dropped the truck off for repair it was the night prior. Upon picking it up the tire pressure light was on. The tire on the side they did the repair was at 13 pounds psi, very low. I took a picture of the tire pressure and the tire and left a message for the service department (it was after hours). Upon bringing it back the next day they found a puncture on the interior sidewall. Of course, their position was that their technician never saw the tire pressure light, but it must have deflated after they parked it since the leak was significant. However they maintained that it could have happened at any time and they were not responsible for replacing the tire although it had sat overnight in their lot and then three days in their shop prior. If the leak had occurred prior, they would have found the truck with a very low tire the first morning they went to diagnose the issue if in fact the leak already existed. Ultimately they relied on the fact that the tires were very new - a fact that the service rep immediately noted - and they are covered under an extended warrantee. They did not want to eat the cost of a replacement tire they damaged while at their shop. And for me to have the tire replaced is significant time and trouble based on where the tires were purchased. They steadfastly maintained the puncture could have happened anywhere despite the information regarding the situation. I have never experienced anything like this at a dealership. It demonstrated a complete lack of accountability and customer focus. I would not recommend their service department and will ensure all friends and family are aware of my experience. More
Everyone was great, Chris, Scott, and Peter. Because of a recall issue, I was given a loaner car. Scott kept me updated on the progress of my car. He let me know that it was going to take longer than except recall issue, I was given a loaner car. Scott kept me updated on the progress of my car. My experience with Langway was less than positive. My wife was visiting her sick mother when my car broke down. Being as we live in CT we didn’t have much of a choice. First they quoted me $1,800 for the wife was visiting her sick mother when my car broke down. Being as we live in CT we didn’t have much of a choice. First they quoted me $1,800 for the repair and then called back to say it would be less than $600. When my wife returned how the car was not fixed. After several calls with The service department and the GM I was told that they are not responsible for something once it leaves the dealer. I explained that the odds of my car breaking in the same way on a two hour drive don’t make sense. The GM said “I will support my service team because their reputation is very good”. Meanwhile I paid for a repair and the car came home with the same problem it went in for and they will not return my money. Needless to say I would not recommend this dealership at all. More

I took my Toyota Tacoma in for service on 7/23. The service I always receive is great and my vehicle is usually ready to go at the estimated time I’m given. However I’m only giving four stars right now because someone was a little lazy. The work that needed to be done required both of my children’s car seats to be unhooked. If you’re capable of disassembling a vehicle and putting it back together, surely you can take the two minutes it takes hook a couple car seats back up that you undid yourself. It’s really inconvenient when you realize something isn’t right when you’re trying to rush out of the house and get your kids off to daycare. Some parents might not even notice until it’s too late. All I ask is if you take something apart, put it back together. More

I have been using the Toyota service at the Langley dealership for at least 12 years. It was the professionalism and kindness of the service staff run by Jeff Soares that made me buy another Toyota whe dealership for at least 12 years. I had lots of possibilities to buy other types of cars but there is no question that I wanted to work with this dealership and the service! More
