Exception dealership from cleanliness, appearance, wait room, facilities, etc. This was the 4th dealership I checked out and I had an unpleasant experience at the previous 3. Adam went out of his way to make sure everything was right on my repair. He took time to notify me every step of the repair and beyond that.
