I purchased a 2013 SRX in July of 2021 it had low miles. It wasn't my first choice however the salesman advised me not to get the one i saw and to go with this one. And it has been a nightmare every since on day 36 the compressor went out and 15 days later it stated running hot due to a bad water pump. I called the service manager and he was rude. And the general manager wasn't any help at all. I feel like i went to a we tote the note lot. I have purchased vehicles from here before and was never tried like this warranty or not. There's no way they check the car out before putting it out for sale. I have contacted The Owner Kent Ritchey this weekend and i am waiting to hear back from him. This is so unprofessional. They knew this car had issue yet sold it to me after i told the salesman i need a reliable car for my mother. More
I purchased my 2020 escalade here been had problem out of the seat bringing it back and forward they can't seem to get it fix I need a new seat PERIOD!!!. WHEN IT WAS BUD DAVIS FOR THE LAST 7 YEAR NO PROBLEM!!!! DROP IT OFF WEDNESDAY PROMISE TO GET IT BACK SAME DAY NO CALL OR ANYTHING SO I GUESS IT'S GOING TO BE TOMORROW I HOPE!!!! THE SRVICE DEPARTMENT NEEDS ALOT OF WORK!!! ASAP I DON'T THINK I WILL BE BUYING ANOTHER CAR FROM HERE.!!! I'M PISSED RIGHT. More

Appointment was at 10:30, for oil change. Still here at 2:30, hadn’t heard from anyone. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in this new staff and administration. Very Disappointing!! I had my car serviced for a road trip... oil change/ tire rotation. Before I could make a 600 mike trip my change engine oil light came on. I have attempted to call service manager s trip... oil change/ tire rotation. Before I could make a 600 mike trip my change engine oil light came on. I have attempted to call service manager several times and all I get is a voicemail. The service advisor wants to reset the light. This would not be accurate. How do I know if they really changed the oil. NOT THE BUD DAVIS experience. I will not be buying anything from LANDERS. More

Charges for work not performed I took my vehicle in to have an oil leak repaired. They charged me over $3600. That same day that I picked up my vehicle from them, I noticed a large I took my vehicle in to have an oil leak repaired. They charged me over $3600. That same day that I picked up my vehicle from them, I noticed a large puddle of oil still leaking on my garage floor. The only difference was that the oil was now clean. The only work that they actually performed was changed the oil. They also put a dent in the hood of my vehicle that they acknowledged doing, but still has not properly repaired. More

On a Saturday afternoon, less than one hour before the Service Department is We experienced a level of Customer Service that makes you say, WOW!!! On a Saturday afternoon, less than one hour before the Service Department is scheduled to close, you have a tire going flat on a vehicle that is not a Cadillac and you did not buy it at Bud Davis. To your surprise, Mike Chalfant (Service Consultant), the Technician, and everybody at the dealership are so polite and helpful you just have to let EVERYBODY Know!!! More

Excellent, after a slow start I had a difficult time getting my salesman to respond quickly.
