It was time for my first luxury car and I set out to buy a Mercedes. The car ended up not being what I expected so I decided to look at a Cadillac. What a ride! Luxury inside and out....it was love at first sight and then I test drove it and my fate was sealed. Negotiations were next and they proved pretty painless. I could not be happier. Need a new car? Buy a Cadillac and go to Bud Davis where the customer service is top-notch!! More
I went in for an oil change on April 01, 2013. My fluids were not topped off! I also paid extra for an car carwash there were water spots, dirty, nasty interior and exterior not vacuumed a horrible job for were not topped off! Now, the ultimate after the oil change my car is now running bad! Shaking and vibrating, check engine light on! My husband checked the oil it looks almost black I don’t think they serviced my car at all. A complete rip off! I now have to get car repairs. My car was running excellent and was in EXCELLENT condition before I brought it in for service! I am very angry! I will never go back there again for anything and I would not recommend anyone to ever take their car to BUD Davis Cadillac!!! I've heard bad reviews before I wish I would have listened! AWFUL!!! When I brought vehicle in and gave specific information on the problem I was having and gave the service representative a set limit on what I could spend on the reapairs. Once the work was complete, the original issues was not fixed. It took over a week and I had to significantly exceed the original estimate to get the issue resolved. I have since checked with another Cadillac Dealership in another state and have determined that the labor and parts were inflated for the work that was done and I was overcharged. I will not be doing business with Bud Davis Cadillac again. They are not honest More

I have several problems with my Cadillac CTS in the four years that I owned it. First, the dashboard was cracking in not one, not two, but in four places. Also, the brake light would get stuck periodicall years that I owned it. First, the dashboard was cracking in not one, not two, but in four places. Also, the brake light would get stuck periodically, there was a burning smell coming through the vents when I used the Defrost and these are just a few of the problems I had with this crap. I also had an episode with the service department in which I was told that my front passenger tire needed to be replaced because of a pinhole. My SA indicated the tire couldn't be fixed because of the location of the hole. She also gave me this lame excuse about not being able to purchase one tire although I only had one tire affected. I kindly informed her to put some air in the tire, which the technician did and I took it to Gateway tire and the plugged the tire for free. This dealership has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will NEVER purchase another Cadicrap. I'm so glad that I got rid of my Cadicrap and now someone else can deal with those morons. More
