Yujin is possibly the best service advisor I have ever met. I was having a very bad experience with my car which was at a different dealership (they already kept my car for 10 days and then told me they had to order the part from the UK and it would take a month for the part to get there. Also, they had no loaner available). I had my car pulled and towed to Alexandria and that was the best decision ever. Yujin contacted me right away, set me up with a loaner, my car was seen within days, and finished in less than a week. I never had to call first and ask the status of the repairs as she was on top of everything, always keeping me informed, and extremely responsive when I did have questions. I really felt that she went above and beyond to take care of me. I highly recommend this dealership and will be coming here because the wonderful customer service. More
