I bought a great car at a really good price from Lake Chevrolet. However, my car needed a major repair after only 2 weeks of ownership. I am grateful that I purchased the extended full warranty, but was Chevrolet. However, my car needed a major repair after only 2 weeks of ownership. I am grateful that I purchased the extended full warranty, but was informed that I could only use it after 30 days. The car was repaired after the 30 days and the service team was very competent and helpful. I would definitely bring my car back for service. My only complaint is that they charged me the 100 deductible even though the car needed this repair after 2 weeks. More

Scheduled service I made an appointment online for a oil change/tire rotation/and to have my AC looked at since it stopped working. Went in no problems, got my truck back and they said everything was good. I asked what was wrong with my AC and they never looked at it. When you make an appointment online there is a box with 3 yellow arrows pointing towards it asking what other service needs you want, which I indicated. Why have a customer fill out what they want looked at if they don't look at it? Now I am going to make an appointment at a different service center to have it fixed. Oil change/tire rotation was fine. More
