When it came to a question regarding inconsistencies with service coding on an oil change from previous history, the customer could not figure out whether the oil was synthetic or not. The customer wanted to service coding on an oil change from previous history, the customer could not figure out whether the oil was synthetic or not. The customer wanted to know the oil specs if oil ever needed to be added between oil changes. The mechanic my girlfriend was being helped by was very rude and unjust. He said I should've been there and be a man he heard my girlfriend and I on the phone and said sly remarks as in "oh that's a happy rude and unjust. He was very unprofessional and very rude. Will never be going back there unless that person learns how to respect people. More
