I was left waiting for at least half an hour with no one telling me of how long it would take. In all my years I know the finance and legal end is a bottleneck at a car dealership. In my case the purchase of my vehicle after the end of the lease was straight forward. Maybe the dealership can have the customer submit all the information ahead of time and just come in for final signature. The final purchase amount was given me fully a week ahead of my appointment.
