Amazing!!! I drove 2 hours from Illinois to go car shopping. When we got to the dealership is was pouring down rain. When i deciden on which car i wanted, Manny and Leo worked their butts off to get me the best price for my car and got me the financing i needed. Manny was extremely helpful and patient and very friendly with us was we spent basically the whole day there. I cant say enough good things about Manny and the whole staff and Braeger Chevrolet!!! Worked to satisfy customer. Sales rep professional and attentive, and wanted to sell me the car I was interested in. I knew what I could pay. First amount of monthly payments came to more than what I could pay and I was ready to leave...no hard feelings. However, sales rep said..not exact quote 'hold on. Let me talk to my manager. She may be able to work something out.' Now I've bought many cars and have heard those words many times but had never seen a manager. However, in this case, the sales manager actually came to the rep's cubicle to deliver paperwork providing info that worked for me to purchase the car. No pressure. No hassel. Also, sales rep was very patient in explaining the features of the car. Took his time. Did not rush. Lastly, I had a concern after the purchase. It took a little bit, but the concern was addressed to my total satisfaction. 100%! More

Great Dealership I knew what kind of car I wanted when I walked in. Doug met me as I came through the door and I told him which one it was, he went to get it so I co I knew what kind of car I wanted when I walked in.
