Supposedly his chips were wrong. Then he was so worked up and said he had to go outside and did to cool off while he was working with me. He passed me on to Steve who I had to explain what transpired with him. Will never ever return to your garage or ever consider buying a car from you How unprofessional could a service worker be? Never ever experienced anything like this in my 60 so years of taking cars in for setvicHe has serious anger issues. I would hope he is doing the work you need him to do for you. Costumer service is not his strength. You can indeed find someone better. More

I came in for an oil change on my Chevy Traverse. I normally go to a Valvoline because I guess I always assumed that it was cheaper than the dealership. Although the oil change takes a bit longer at the dealership, I love the fact that I had Chevy guys working on my car, guys that Chevy makes sure I can trust! I will now be coming back to Lake Chevy for my oil changes!! More

My wife and I purchased a used 2011 Toyota 4Runner from Lake Chevrolet, and it couldn't have been a better experience. It was our first time buying anything nicer than cheap college beater cars, so it was Lake Chevrolet, and it couldn't have been a better experience. It was our first time buying anything nicer than cheap college beater cars, so it was unfamiliar territory for us. Willie and Corey were both very helpful and upfront about everything, we never felt pressured or rushed in any way. They did a great job of explaining the process and answering all of our questions. During the test drive I noticed a very slight hum, so Willie immediately had the techs check it out on the lift. Turns out a wheelbearing was starting to wear out, and they either offered to replace it for us at no cost or take $500 off the vehicle price, which is about 2-3 times what it would cost to repair it myself or take to a smaller shop. Very fair and honest, overall great service. More
