The service was ok...it was my first service so I was supposed to get a oil change, tire rotation, car wash & $10 gas card. I only received the oil change and tire rotated. Overall a good experience with Lake Chevrolet. Called with an "emergency" issue of a coolant leak, forming a puddle underneath the car. Was connected with Advisor Steve Thomas who was able to get me in t with an "emergency" issue of a coolant leak, forming a puddle underneath the car. Was connected with Advisor Steve Thomas who was able to get me in that same day. Dropped off the car and was updated on the status and cost of repairs within 3 hours. While the overall aspects were positive, the element that dropped this to a 4 star review was a challenge on accessibility, was told when called for drop off that there was a "courtesy shuttle, or we could find you an Uber/Lyft to get you home", while a shuttle was offered to get me home after a few hours, the next morning when the vehicle was ready, there was no convenient option offered to get me back to the dealership, and needed to out of pocket pay for travel on top of the already expensive repair. Challenging to get to locations when your vehicle is in the shop, only area for improvement would be providing better communication/access to transport options/loaners to allow for transportation when car is in shop. More
