My experience was a bit different then what I normally experience. I don't live in the area but I was referred here and my first couple visit were really good. This visit was different. First I was in experience. I don't live in the area but I was referred here and my first couple visit were really good. This visit was different. First I was in the shop from 9 to 3:30. Second I was told by my rep that I couldn't do parts of the repairs it was a "1 shot deal" I called and spoke with my nephew and he recommended I do part of the repair. Which was a oil change and spark plugs $700 he also suggested fuel pump. After calling my nephew back it appears all that should've been. A tune up... which I'm sure wasn't 700. I feel like this rep wasn't forthcoming and it made me feel like I was being swindled.. I will say that after the work was done my car was driving really smoothly. I do appreciate that. More

The experience was fine I probably won’t be back as other Chevy dealerships have had only bad things to say and as friends and family have had bad experiences. I assume if you don’t know anybody there person Chevy dealerships have had only bad things to say and as friends and family have had bad experiences. I assume if you don’t know anybody there personally or are not a kiss xxx wealthy buyer and payer of them your looked down upon and treated as second class customer. Also seem very sleesy and give you your vechile back with only more reasons to come back then you came in with. And I would recommend anybody to go elsewhere. Very customer should be able to trust there dealership with any device but I honestly don’t trust my car with them anymore More
