No dealership in Milwaukee can compete with Lake! ?? My Ex dealership suggested I go to Lake because it was going to be 5 weeks before they could diagnose my problem . Lake got it in the same day. While at the end of the day we did get the vehicle we were looking for at the price we were looking for, the experience was less than ideal. I do believe we may have just landed with the wrong sales pers were looking for at the price we were looking for, the experience was less than ideal. I do believe we may have just landed with the wrong sales person and sales manager. There were several issues we encountered at time of pick up and the sales manager was rude and seemed as if it was an inconvenience to him that we were buying the car. The sales person we worked with went on our test drive and instead of talking about the car he talked about his vehicle that he purchased and how he used to think the car we were driving was garbage. All of that to be said, we moved over to working with Luke and David after the sale to correct the issues and they have gone above and beyond. We greatly appreciate their willingness to correct the situation. More
