Ruined tires due to poor alignment I took my car to get worked on something that was wrong with front tire/wheel. The driver side tire was replaced. A wheel alignment was done, which I took my car to get worked on something that was wrong with front tire/wheel. The driver side tire was replaced. A wheel alignment was done, which resulted in my steering wheel being off center about 10 degrees, so it was cockeyed. The drive home felt so unsteady and unsafe that my husband made me promise not to drive the car to work the next day, until I took it to Turk's Alignment to get it checked out. I did take it to Turk's"s Alignment. He straightened out my steering wheel and found that my rear wheels were toed out 2 inches, which caused my rear tires to go bald on the inside. I called to report this to service and was told that I would get a call back, that was October 29. I am still waiting for a call back. The people that I spoke with we're very nice, however I cannot say the same of the actual work or people getting back with me to make this right. More

They explained everything quickly and easy to understand yet did not try to push anything on me that I did not want. I purchased a used truck that was not a Toyota and on my way home (80 miles) I discovered that the cruise control did not work. They could not repair it because it was not a Toyota so they paid my local dealer to repair it even though I had signed it "as is". That is going the extra mile for a non local customer. I am 64 years old and have bought a lot of vehicles and this place rates as one of the best. More

2006 Toyota Sienna Galesburg Toyota gets a five star rating from me because of many things .The first being the way I was treated by the sales staff .The were respectful Galesburg Toyota gets a five star rating from me because of many things .The first being the way I was treated by the sales staff .The were respectful and were willing to meet me on a price .I am sure they made money and they have overhead to meet so I wouldn't expect less .The van they had was a better looking van than most I have seen and better more reasonably priced .A few of the issues I had with it were taken care of by the detail shop and with excellent results .They were able to provide me with service records and answer any questions I had in any reports .I have always believed if you do a job do it so that you wouldn't be afraid to sign your name to it that you were the one to do it .Galesburg Toyota definitely did that ! They followed through on things negotiated in the deal and did a great job ,not just one to get it out the door ! For that's reasons I would recommend Galesburg Toyota ! More
