Too lazy to fix your car, but good for oil changes They refused to fix the car, even though it was obvious what was wrong and that it was a quick fix. We even paid money to speak to a Toyota specialist They refused to fix the car, even though it was obvious what was wrong and that it was a quick fix. We even paid money to speak to a Toyota specialist who told us exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. We dropped off a broken car and picked up a broken car. We called another dealership and they had the parts ordered before we even dropped off the car. The other dealership fixed it in a day, claiming it happens all the time and isn't hard to fix. I expected more from a Toyota dealership. More

I speak English as a 2nd language, and it was helpful to have someone that spoke my first language, which is Spanish. Excellent overall service from start to finish. They even helped me set up my payments online and Tyrell, the finance manager even let Ninoska sit in on it. Tommy was my sales representative and Ninoska assisted with the language barrier. Tommy did an amazing job also setting up an appointment for me after purchasing my Camry. More
