Sold me a car with a known warranty recall but did not have the decency to tell me. Now the recall is expired and they refuse to assist in anyway. Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Kune’s in Galesburg. I was originally having an awful experience looking for cars but Scott made all of that worth the wait. Not only was Scott extremely pat Galesburg. I was originally having an awful experience looking for cars but Scott made all of that worth the wait. Not only was Scott extremely patient and down to earth, but he honestly made the entire 7 hour process so much more bearable. I would do the process a million times over if I could deal with Scott. He doesn’t xxxxxxxx and genuinely wants you in something you’ll enjoy. I ended up leaving with a 2024 Toyota Camry, that I could not be more pleased with!! I also got to work with Ben, the sales manager and he was an absolute delight. Overall the entire team was wonderful, and I will genuinely reccomend the Kune’s team for any car shopping you might be doing in the future, because that’s where I’ll be too! More
I took my Highlander in for primarily a tire tpms problem and an oil change and tire rotation. Now I can get an oil change and tire rotation anywhere, but the tpms problem is something Toyota specifi problem and an oil change and tire rotation. Now I can get an oil change and tire rotation anywhere, but the tpms problem is something Toyota specific. It is why I brought my car in to a Toyota dealership.(This is also the place I purchased my new Highlander in 2018.) So they changed the oil, rotated the tires, checked the air filters, and said they adjusted the air pressure in the tires. They let air pressure out of the rear tires. The service advisor said they could check the battery strength in the tpms sending units inside of the tires. I told her to replace them if needed. she told me how much it would cost per bad unit. I told her the cost was acceptable, because i wanted it fixed. I'm tired of looking at that light on the dash. In the end they told me they didn't do anything but adjust the tire pressure. The light was off when I left the dealership service department. It came back on the next morning. Now keep in mind one of their salesmen knows I'm in the market for one of the new Grand Highlanders, but I'm thinking I'll check out a different dealership. The corporate regional service manager was there that day. He was all into trying to upsell me new air filters at a very inflated price. When I asked him about the tpms problem, he skirted around the issue like they couldn't or wouldn't fix it Everyone else at this dealership was courteous and respectful but not this guy. I was not presented with a vehicle condition report after this visit like there usually is. More
Aly Stevens and Ben Watts were the main people I worked with, and they were excellent. They all went above and beyond to help me in the process of getting a new car after an accident that totaled my last o with, and they were excellent. They all went above and beyond to help me in the process of getting a new car after an accident that totaled my last one. They helped me get through the insurance process, finance my new car at the best rate they could, and were very accommodating in waiting for everything to work out. 10/10 would recommend going through them if you're looking for a car! More
