Service I always service my car at the dealership. I’ve been out multiple times in the last year and it’s hardly ever a positive experience. I brought my car in for a new electric battery in May and had a rental for about a week and a half. After inquiring about when my car would be done, I discovered they hadn’t even ordered the battery after a week and a half. My car was just sitting at the dealership and I was driving a brand new rental around. Recently my tire kept losing air. I took the car in about 3 times before they finally got to the root of the problem. First they told me there was a nail in it. It still lost air. The next visit they replaced the sensors. It still lost air. Finally they figured out my rim was bent. I had that fixed and also had new brakes put in. I had the brakes done on a Saturday. They called around 11:15 to tell me my car was ready to be picked up. I went out around 12:30 to pick my car up only to find out they’d given my key fob to someone else who had then taken it to Monmouth. I had to wait for the key fob to be returned. Overall, when I bring my car there always seems to be issues with the service. I have been a loyal Toyota customer since purchasing my car in 2010, but it has been a long time since I’ve had a pleasant experience here. More

From their deceptive sales practices to their awful “service center “ if u can call it that. They will lie about your service , tell u stuff Is covered then send u a bill later. They can’t even service a vehicle properly in one visit, have to make separate appointments just to balance a tire!!?? Call you a day after your “service” and tell you they forgot to change your oil!!??? Complete garbage! More
