Fast and pleasant. Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. The waiting area was nice. They kept me informed and asked if there was any more they could do. Bad communication, lied to me Had an apppit ment at 8am. At 1230 was told the problem and the price of 330$. Called Karmart and got a price of 250$. Called back to mention it and asked how much was it to just be checked out. Was told when I scheduled my appointment if it was looked at and not worked on there it would be between 100-125$. Called back and explained the big price difference and to see how much exactly it was to just have it checked out. They said nothing to just have checked and whoever told me that was wrong. I was told my car should be done by closing and they would call and let me know either way. I called at 6pm since I never heard back and the guy told me service was closed and there was no way for him to tell me if my car was done or not , call back in the morning. Only plus was they matched Karmarts price and took 50$ offs. Still talked to manager to explain my displeasure. He informed me he was there until 7 and could have told me if my car was done. Worst part is it was done right at 5pm closing for their service department. Instead of calling to have me meet right at 5pm they decided to keep my car over night. Horrible communication, almost 100$ more than a competitor and being lied to multiple times makes me not trust the dealership anymore. Only reason not a 1 star is because of the price break. More

Headlight replacement From out of state and not regular customer so didn’t know procedures. After some assistance I spoke with service assistant, Leslie, who tried to be helpful. Her supervisor was irritated that she was trying to help me. I was embarrassed and ashamed for her that I had caused him to treat her so rudely. Went to dealership G/M and expressed that thought she was mistreated. Leslie helped me and a mechanic replaced my bulb that allowed me to return home next day on 6 hour trip. Thank you soo much for your help. All in all it was good service but will not forget employee who doesn’t respect co-workers. More

never notified, left sitting in waiting room Everything went ok until I was told my car was being test driven and THEY WOULD PAGE me, 1/2 hour plus later I see my car parked outside and go chase Everything went ok until I was told my car was being test driven and THEY WOULD PAGE me, 1/2 hour plus later I see my car parked outside and go chase someone down who happened to be Brock who helped me even those he had not been my service person. He was great!. I had to make yet another trip in because the alert maintenance sign was still on my dashboard. Brock was good enough to come out and change it even tho he had not been responsible for it. More
