Forgot about me. No call. Made an appointment online. Dropped the car off on Friday night. No call all day on Saturday. I called at 2 and the service department was closed. I w Made an appointment online. Dropped the car off on Friday night. No call all day on Saturday. I called at 2 and the service department was closed. I was told they couldn't get the car started because of a dead battery. Basically they forgot about me after they couldn't start the car. I was charged to diagnose the key fob problem when they just replaced the batteries which I had told them I already did. I paid for diagnosing of the service light but they just reset it because they thought the dead battery was to blame when I told them the battery died because my daughter left the interior light on. So I paid quite a bit for an oil change. I am done with the Toyota dealer service department. This was my first and only experience with them. More
