Incredible costumer service! They kept me updated with the delivery of one of their used cars that hadn't come in yet. I inquired on it first and they turned down people that wan They kept me updated with the delivery of one of their used cars that hadn't come in yet. I inquired on it first and they turned down people that wanted to put cash down on it before seeing it, as we told them a previous dealership sold a car out from under me. I feel as though Krenzen treats their customers as family! Jake Toman was my salesman and I feel he did an excellent job taking care of me to get my business.
