When I first pulled into the dealership, I thought I knew what I was doing. I just wanted to look and test drive a couple cars before I made my final decision on a new car. I was looking at a red Hyundai Ele what I was doing. I just wanted to look and test drive a couple cars before I made my final decision on a new car. I was looking at a red Hyundai Elentra GT when I was met by Dean Lawthers. I told him up front, I want low payments, high gas mileage, hatchback, and no regrets about my purchase. We looked at the Elentra, then the Sonata when I realized they were out of my price range. Dean brought up that the Accents where the least expensive Hyundai that they had. I asked if they had the Accent in a hatchback and sure enough they did. I took it for a test drive, and it handled fantasticly. We got back to the dealership, I asked Dean if they had it in red because I fell in love with it. They didnt but thats ok. Long story short, Dean was absoutly fantastic. There was no pressure at all to buy the car at all. I have had the car for less then a week and I have already told several of my coworkers to visit Dean at Korum Hyundai in Puyallup because of the no pressure. I will defentily be coming back there to deal with Dean. I told my boyfriend that I was lucky I got Dean to help me instead of the young guys who are just trying to make a quick buck and and pressure you into a car not caring if you can afford the payments. Steve Murchie was super easy to work with. There were several "options" on the Santa Fe that I wanted and some that I could live without. I ended up with more than I thought I wanted and now that I have several "options" on the Santa Fe that I wanted and some that I could live without. I ended up with more than I thought I wanted and now that I have them, I can't imagine living without! The satellite radio and blue tooth for my phone are so nice! It's always hard to spend that much money (ever) on anything so that's why I put a 4 for price. The Santa Fe is an amazing vehicle compared to comparable cars in it's class and it really is less pricey than they are. My last car was a new 2003 Santa Fe which I just traded in. I loved it for 10 years. I know I'll be happy with this one for at least that long! Thanks Steve Murchie and Korum Hyundai! More
Went to just test drive for seeing if that's what I wanted but the price was good and things just worked out for me.Love my Elantra and my daughter bought her car from them also. I have never purchased a car at a dealership that was so easy! I have always dreaded looking for a car because it was very stressful and seemed to take forever. Steve made the process painless. I went in and was shown the car I had chosen to look at. He explained everything thing about the car, didnt rush me and didn't try to sell me something else. I ended up choosing a different car. I was able to get the car I wanted, not the car that I thought was in my budget. Steve worked it out so the car I wanted fit right into my budget. There was no going back and forth over and over. The deal he brought to me was within my budget and the 2013 Veloster in the showroom was mine!. I appreciate this dealership for their "no presure" sales. Thank you Steve. I love my car and I am so glad you found a way to make it work!! More

Wow, just got off the phone (2/21/13 5 pm) with the service desk. I was trying to make an appointment to get my car serviced prior to a trip. The person on the phone was as rude as they come. When I said I would like to make the appointment the individual asked - "For today??". I said I would like to make it for Saturday if possible. This person proceeded to scold and lecture me that I couldn't expect to make an appointment that quickly at this time of year, and the soonest they could schedule would be no less than a week out. I said I needed it prior to making a road trip - scheduled for the following weekend so would need it sooner than that. The response was = "sorry". What a lack-luster individual for a customer service rep. I ended up saying I would have to take my business elsewhere. Response was - "ok". What a disappointment. I bought my car there about 2 years ago and have been very pleased with the sales personnel and all of the individuals I have dealt with up to this time. I guess one bad apple can really ruin the experience. Not sure if I will go back. More
