The Sales Manager, Steve, was very intuitive on what I was looking for after listening to everything I thought I wanted in a new car. When I got back to the dealership, he had it waiting for me right out was looking for after listening to everything I thought I wanted in a new car. When I got back to the dealership, he had it waiting for me right out front and it knocked my socks off! He was patient and informed me of every step we were taking in the paperwork so that I would really understand. He let Chris Kerns take over after Ian Creech and I sat down to go over the agreement. What a learning experience that was. Ian explained all my options and wasn't pushy at all when I picked and chose what I would be buying that day. Chris Kerns really took his time and explained my new car bumper to bumper so that I'd enjoy it's full potential right away. He answered all my questions and has stayed in contact with me since then to assure all my subsequent questions are taken care of. I couldn't recommend these guys more. I am a previous Hyundai owner and had over 200,000 miles on my car. It was way past time for a new one. When I went looking for a new car I went to Korum with some hesitation because of my lack of credit. I had been through some rough times in the past few years and it cost me everything. I had a little bit of money to put down with my very worn out trade in, but wasn't sure I would be able to walk away with anything. I walked in and was met with a warm friendly smile and asked if I could be helped. I said I was looking to buy a car. Right away I was introduced to Jim Sherred. He made me feel right at home and sat down with me to show me the different cars they had to offer. Then we went outside to look. He answered all of my questions and I finally found the car I wanted. We took it for a drive and then went back to the dealership to talk about financing. I was pretty nervous and told Jim my story. Again, he made me feel at ease and said, lets just see what we can do. After a few trips back and forth with the finance department, he was able to show me some numbers I was comfortable with. I was able to drive away in a brand new Elantra Limited. Before I had went looking, I had prayed and told God I wanted a sales person that would be understanding of my situation and be honest with me and not pushy. Not only did God answer my prayer with making Jim my salesman, I got a NEW car. Thank you Jim for helping me with my experience. I would definitely recommend you as a salesman along with Korum as a great place to buy or service your car. More

Steve was wonderful. He not only really made me test drive the car, but he really worked with the finance team and I to get me the payment I wanted. Daughter was loyal Hyundai but abused Hyundai owner since 2005 (4 Hyundai's 3rd Hyundai Tucson engine failed at 17,000) all from Withnell Hyundai in Salem, OR. Went in just browsing to see what was available. Spoke with T.R. Coffee at the Ford store. Show me around some cars that I had asked about and when I didn't like those asked me if I would like to look at with T.R. Coffee at the Ford store. Show me around some cars that I had asked about and when I didn't like those asked me if I would like to look at Hyundai's. Show me several talking about price, class, size, and what options were on the vehicles. Took me for a test drive and showed off some of the safety features. Let me drive and that did it. I leased the car for 3 years. Had Dennis Brumley give me an introduction to the car. Went over the service department and then the car. Gave detailed briefing on the what everything was and how it worked. A lot of new features that I was unfamiliar with but came away with a good understanding how to work everything in the car. Answered every question with a smile. Really good introduction to the car. Nicest bunch of guys that I have dealt with. No pressure at any time which would have caused me to walk away. More

After the test drive, I loved it! But there was one catch - I wanted the Titanium Tri Color White, which they didn't have on the lot. In two days they located it and I was able to come pick it up!
