What Others Say

Had my car serviced there, and they used an autowasher on it, which I never personally use as it can damage my vinyl. I got it back scratched to xxxx with brush-like marks on the trunk. Service manager Keith asked to see the car, I wasted an hour and a half driving it out there and sitting and waiting for him to come take a look at it. He claimed that it's impossible for their brushes to make that mark, but he lied to me and said if I bring it out again the detailer can buff it out for me. I don't have availability during the time the detailer was available so I had my girlfriend drive it over, which he assured me was fine. After making her wait there for 2 hours they said it's not their fault "it must have been a box or something" and buffing it wouldn't fix it, so there's nothing they're going to do about it. My family was planning on getting the Tucson soon, but it sure as xxxx wont be from this dealership.

Worst customer service ever. Wasted my whole day and still no resolution. I purchased and have paper work showing purchase of service package, but they are denying I purchased it. This is the second time I have had to prove this. STAY AWAY from this dealership very shady

Came in for four tire replacement and an alignment and it’s been almost three hours. Should take 60-90 minutes max and no communication whatsoever

I have bought two new cars at Korum Hyundai. Salesman Dean was great but the service desk is the worst of the worst. I currently have a Tucson with a failed drivers seat tilt power button. It is currently stuck in the full forward position and undrivable. When we brought the car down there today to see when they could get it in they said they were 30 to 60 days out due to all of the current Hyundai recall and/or theft issues. The service tech showed no care, told us he couldn't even look at the seat. I purchased an extended warranty for this vehicle and can't use it either unless I want to wait a month or two to get it in. I am forced to take it elsewhere as we need the vehicle ASAP. I will never again buy a car from Korum of Puyallup due this type of service care.

This particular review relates to a service advisor Greg Breininger. Today I attempted to call the service department to verify my appointment for times. Each time I called someone, and Greg three times, but answer the phone and asked me to hold. After being on hold for up to 15 minutes each time I gave up. I showed up at my appointment an hour early because I was not able to confirm my appointment. Twice during my wait for my car I went up to the counter and he said I will be right with you… The first time I waited 10 minutes while he typed on the computer and finally went and took a seat. The second time I waited for over 10 minutes and then another gentleman called my name to let me know my car was done. Neither time at the counter did Greg acknowledge me after he said he would be right with me. My usual experience with this dealership is very positive, but in this situation Greg made me feel like I did not matter.

won't honer warranty I purchased a new elantra hybrid and was told that it came with 5 free oil changes, when the car came due for its 7500 mile change was unable to get it in because they are too busy. By the time i can get an appointment it will be well over 8500 which will go past the warranty, the service dept. suggested that i take it somewhere else so i don't mess up the warranty and pay for it myself. I also told the service that the car was stalling and i wanted to get that checked out but also can not get it in. I will be looking for another dealership!
