I order a parts for my SUV they said 2 to 3 day so I paid for the parts its been 7 days no parts yet, I called Mitsubishi Dealership in Olympia and they said they have the parts.. My disappointment with the dealership is the price I paid for the new Santa Fe. I don't believe the "true price" was explained as I signed all of the forms and when I realized later that I had paid more tha for the new Santa Fe. Dave was very friendly and has followed up to answer my questions but I still feel taken advantage of by the sales process. Steve hurried me through the signing without detailed explanations except where to sign. Everyone says what a good deal I got but I don't believe it when I add the numbers up. This was not a good experience for me. You should not tell people you do business just like the Costco auto dealers because I was never shown the invoice. More
