The buying experience here was really effortless and enjoyable. I had a pre-conceived notion that I had to be on guard and that the salespeople had only their interests on front of mind. Well, I cannot stress enough that I was completely wrong! Henry took great care upon my arrival, really letting me take control over my shopping experience. He really knew how to style-flex to my particular comfort zone. Most places I go to shop don't understand how each customer shops differently. He was friendly, caring, and funny! I then worked with Ian in the finance department and it could not have ended on a better note. Ian was thorough with my understanding of my purchase, making sure I knew about what each thing meant. I can't tell you how nerve-wrecking you can feel when making such a large purchase, but this was truly the opposite. Ian was knowledgeable, trustworthy and attentive to detail. He helped me get the best deal on my Veloster Turbo. I will be recommending Korum Hyundai to all my friends! More
Saw us coming from a mile away. Freddie gives 'used sales guys' a bad name. Our car broke down within 2 weeks of purchasing it. When we asked them to help us, they charged us $800 to repair the car. A month after we got the care back it LOST POWER WHILE DRIVING and was rear ended. We expressed how dissapointed we were and that we felt taken advantage of and his response was "That's the risk you take." We just purchased a new car this weekend for $25k at a much friendlier dealership. I hope that your quick $6k sale was worth missing out on a $25k deal. More

The car is for my youngest son, and Joe was excellent in working with him so that he understood the controls and features of the automobile, including important safety equipment and instructions. He then took the time to introduce us to a service technician and someone in parts, both of whom were very friendly and willing to help. Overall, it was a very good experience. More

I had a great experience with Korum Automotive! Tricia was an amazing sales woman and made my wife and I feel very welcome! She went out of her way to ensure we made the perfect choice for us. She gave us time to think about our decision and wasn't pushy at all. This is what made me want to come back in. Only bad experience for me was the sales manager. The first time I came in I worked with Steve Smith. He was awesome. Very friendly and great at explaining all the details of our different options available. I felt as though he was on my side for getting a new vehicle. When we went back the 2nd day to get the car, we met with another sales manager, since Steve was off, which was fine. However, after meeting and talking with the 2nd sales manager, we then got a 3rd sales manager! 3 sales managers? Really? The third and final I didn't find as friendly. I can't remember his name. I know, if it wasn't for Tricia then we would not have gotten the car. Either way, overall experience was awesome! I highly recommend this dealership when you are looking for your next car. They make you feel like family and they have a great selection of vehicles. More
