We had a continuing intermittent problem with the transmission of our 2006 Hyundai Sonata. Multiple trips and tows to another dealer did not correct the problem. Finally, we were referred to Korum transmission of our 2006 Hyundai Sonata. Multiple trips and tows to another dealer did not correct the problem. Finally, we were referred to Korum Hyundai for their service department to "get another set of eyes" on our Hyundai. We're so glad we took the car to Korum. Ray Haddenham, our service advisor, was completely professional in the way he handled our transmission problem. When we explained the situation to Ray, he went the extra mile in diagnosing and correcting the problem. The clearance for replacing the transmission was obtained from Hyundai Motor Corporation, and a new transmission was installed. We're changing to the Korum Service Department for all our Hyundai service needs. Bill and Margy L. More
