After visiting 10 different car dealerships in 2 days, we met Dennis Bromley at Korum Automotive Group. Rather than immediately taking us out to vehicles, he took the time to ask us what we were looking for met Dennis Bromley at Korum Automotive Group. Rather than immediately taking us out to vehicles, he took the time to ask us what we were looking for, what our needs were, and specific questions that we should think about before determining what type of vehicle would suit us including competitors. He wasn't a hard core car salesman, he was interested in what our needs were first. The people at Korum were able to locate the vehicle we wanted to purchase, and delivered it in a timely fashion. We noticed a defect in the paint on the hood which was referred to the service manager Rich Griffin , and the problem was resolved with a 100% satisfaction very quickly. We would recommend Korum Automotive Group to anybody for future sales. We would like to rate the entire experience with Korum Auto Group on a scale from 1 - 10 as a 10. Thank you. I went to get my 30,000 mile service and found out there was an issue with my brakes that was not an expected situation. It was an issue that could have been found out by the dealership I had went to on sev was an issue with my brakes that was not an expected situation. It was an issue that could have been found out by the dealership I had went to on several occasions for oil changes but it was not something that the dealership that I had been working with actually looked at as part of their service. Korum Hyundai could have charged me for the brake work but since an actual dealership had NOT done the job to check the parts they stepped up and covered another dealerships mistake. I would recommend this dealership and intend on making them the new home for the work needed to keep my families car in the best shape possible. More

Everyone was great! I came in knowing which car I wanted and they were straight forward and worked with me to get me into my car. I had been looking at the same car at another dealer but they kept playing and they were straight forward and worked with me to get me into my car. The salesman was very helpful and through. The downgrade on the price was only because I thought I left a little $'S on the table. I just got real tired of the whole process. A party comes in off the street and is swimming with the sharks. The good sales people understand the rules of the game better than any civilian.
