Tiana must have shown us 13 or 14 different cars and was very patient and informative while we test drove at least three of them which made my wife happy. We left the dealership initially without buying the vehicle my wife really liked, and no one tried to keep us there or pressure us into buying immediately which was really nice. So we went back and bought it. I'm also in sales so I place a lot of value on the buying experience, and I was very pleased with the experience at Korum. More

A few short hours later we were leaving with her new 2014 Hyundai for less than the majority of the used cars we previously viewed. From the time we stepped on the lot our salesman (David Baxter) was there to answer any questions and provide feedback. His experience, expertise, and zero pressure attitude helped us make an educated and smart decision. We will definitely visit him again when we start shopping for our next new car. More

After agreeing on the type of car, price, and best date and time to pick it up, it only took about an hour to sign all paperwork and drive away from the dealership with my car. GREAT DEALERSHIP! This is the 1st dealership that I didn't have to spend all day passing # back & fourth. I met Nicole and the second we said hello I felt comfortable. I told Nicole that I wanted to trade off my gas hog and it only took a day or so to pick the car I wanted. The first price was the one I went with, they gave me 8500 for my truck while one dealer in Aberdeen said 4500. was the highest they would give me. NO TY! I called Nicole and said, I need a car! If I ever will need another car there is NO question where I'll go, KORUM in Puyallup. Absolutely No hassle, the very first time feeling and wondering if I paid to much or wondering what just happen, NOT SO ON THIS LOT. My salesman was more than polite and patient and always contacted me for new options that best fit my needs and not theirs.
