We were getting ready to close the deal on a 2009 Hyundai Genisis when we walked into Korum Hyundai. The greeting we received from Don Sposato was warm and he did not come across pressuring. Don was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Don introduced us to the Sales manager Steve Smith. Steve was very helpful and made us both feel very comfortable. They really gave us some options that really offered us some savings. Bottom line they made it possible for us to get a 2015 Sonata 2.0 turbo for less than we were going to pay for an 2009. The lease option was a perfect fit for us. They buying process was painless and we left the dealer feeling really good, no buyers remorse. I want to thank everyone at Korum Hyundai for a very pleasant car buying experience. First dealer that I have been to that I was actually introduced to the service department. I was honestly just looking! My partner and I had been talking for about a year on getting her the new Elantra hatchback. We decided to go and look. We didn't even drive the trade My partner and I had been talking for about a year on getting her the new Elantra hatchback. We decided to go and look. We didn't even drive the trade in that we would be trading in! That's when we met Tiana. She was the first sales person that we had met that didn't pressure us. She answered all of our questions and even supplied us with additional information that we didn't know. We had test drove an Elantra in 2013 but financially it didn't work out. Tiana suggested that we drive it again because every year things change even if just a little bit. I test drove the car and it was awesome! Tiana suggested that we just maybe run the numbers to see where we stood this year. The trade in value, the rebate I qualified for, everything just fell right into place to be exactly where we wanted to be. I signed on the dotted line and we drove off with the vehicle that afternoon. It was just a pleasant experience all the way around and I can honestly it was the best car buying experience that I had been through yet. I am a sales trainer in my current employment and must say that if any of my new hires sales professionals can treat our customers with the same amount of respect and knowledge that Tiana did with me, then my business will thrive!
