Skeptic converted to believer I had been to several dealerships to shop for a new car with my wife. We both hate car shopping but needed to replace an 18 year old car! I was tired of the closing room pressure we experienced at several other dealerships, including another Hyundai dealership that we walked out on at closing! I worked with Korum via Terri Morrison on the internet. She was very helpful. They offered me the car I wanted at an unbelievably fair price. I was skeptical on the way to the dealership to make the purchase thinking we would get pressure to spend more on warranties. Nothing like that happened, We were offer some options which were well explained so we felt comfortable and not pressured to include and/or exclude what we wanted. Mat Schatz was our in store sales rep and he was terrific, helping my wife get comfortable with the car. James (Jim) the manager was very kind as well and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We would recommend this dealership highly and have already done so via Facebook. Thanks Korum for doing it the right way! If we ever have a need again, we'll be back. More

I had looked at them online and it was one of the ones I was most interested in. What a great car and a great value! David Baxter was our salesman and was very helpful. We purchased a beautiful 2015 Gray Elantra for my business and thought about buying one for personal use. We decided against getting another- no pressure. Our salesman, David, was happy to review and compare many types of vehicles with us on his large touchscreen monitor in the lobby. We could see exactly how the different cars we were interested in compared to each other. We talked through a deal where we felt no high pressure or stress. The whole process was painless and easy. We drove away with a new car when they gave us a deal that we couldn't refuse! More

I had a great experience the first time so I knew where to go again. My salesman was Don Sposato. He was so professional and explained my options of a lease or purchase to fit my needs. The interaction was quite pleasant with zero pressure and confusion. Every question I had was answered with the utmost respect. I even spoke to the Sales Manager Jim Koch over lease questions and concerns I had. I ended up leasing the 2015 Elantra for my commuter car/ family trip vehicle. The family loves the car!!!!. Purchasing our 2015 Sonata We purchased our truck about 8 years ago and leased our Sonata 3 years ago from Korum and both experiences were great. When our lease was up on our Sonata we decided to check out another Sonata at Korum. Dean Lawthers was wonderful and spent a lot of time showing us vehicles. When it came down to the actual negotiations for the vehicle they low balled the value of the leased car, was suppose to receive a "customer loyalty discount" and didn't so when it was all said and done, I owed money. After our positive previous experiences going through this one has left me disappointed and a bit bitter. This dealership has always operated on high standards and great customer service and I guess that was what I was expecting. I definitely don't feel that happened and I don't know if I will buy from them again. More

Great buying experience. We have been visiting this dealership for quite some time, in fact we bought our 2007 Santa Fe right off their showroom floor. While I've had our car We have been visiting this dealership for quite some time, in fact we bought our 2007 Santa Fe right off their showroom floor. While I've had our car in for service, I've chatted with Joe Parks on numerous occasions, and he's always been very personable and intelligent. When my wife and I decided it was time to trade in our 2007 Santa Fe I sought out Joe because I knew he would listen, and strive to accommodate our wishes. Joe listened, and had us take several test rides in the different Santa Fe models, and told us that if, in fact, we didn't like what they had (color) they'd at least let us drive, test and select the model we wanted and get us the color we wanted. My wife and I wound up selecting a Santa Fe out of their stock, which was fully loaded and now it was time for Joe to go to work. This car has so many buttons and bells on it we needed a tutor to help us learn how to operate everything. This is where the helpful staff assisted, answering difficult questions about all the "new" computer functions. Joe made sure we understood all the functions of our new Santa Fe prior to allowing us to leave, and we highly recommend him to anyone desiring a new Hyundai. More
