I want you to know one of the reason beside the car we stayed at korum was your salesman. We was on south Tacoma dealership and a Bee flew by us and the salesman ran away and left my husband and I and he yelled I don't want to get stung. The same thing happened with us and Ryan and he didn't run he tried to kill it.Besides the dealership selling us a great car we was very impressed with your salesman Ryan The only thing was missing is a life time warranty on the oil change as my husband have on his vehicle. Exactly what we wanted, down to the trim, package and color Korum Hyundai of Puyallup is a great dealership. We were looking for a very specific model, color, trim and package combination and we found it at Ko Korum Hyundai of Puyallup is a great dealership. We were looking for a very specific model, color, trim and package combination and we found it at Korum! Spoke with Dean to confirm if they had anything like we wanted. He checked their records and shipping manifest for matches as the car we wanted, 2016 Tucson, is so new they are still shipping them in. Turns out they had a color match for one of our wanted colors with the right trim, package and added options that we wanted right on their lot. And further more, it also turned out out after checking the manifests, they were the only one in the district to have the matching vehicle. We stopped in to check it out with intentions to buy later, but we loved the car so much and they sweetened the deal so well we ended up signing that night! And what a quick process, under an hour, from negotiations to signing the last page. Not only did we get a great deal on a brand new model with the color, options, limited trim, etc that we wanted, we got a great deal on their 120,000 extended bumper to bumper warranty. Not sure if they offer such a great deal for every purchase, but it truly felt like a great deal to us! Dean Lawthers and Steve Smith were awesome. They provided a great experience. After all the signing, Dean went over every inch of the car and it's features/comforts. This was truly amazing and I'm very grateful as it made it that much easier for my wife to figure everything out. Our trade-in was not very high-tech so the walk through was much appreciated by the both of us. Thank you Korum Hyundai and thank you Dean! You really make us feel like part of the family. More
