Painless My husband and I went car shopping Saturday. We decided to trade his jeep in, keep my car since it was paid off and had low mileage on it and he would My husband and I went car shopping Saturday. We decided to trade his jeep in, keep my car since it was paid off and had low mileage on it and he would take my car and he would buy me a new car since he just bought himself a new motorcycle (six in five years). We stopped at three different dealerships. All offering great deals but Korum Hyundai in Puyallup had us sold by just the calmness of Carl Hillis, our sales person. He wasn't pushy and very informative. Once we decided on purchasing the car, we sat down at the computer and every time we spoke, Carl stop looking at the computer and gave us 100% of his attention. Now I know that might seem petti to some, but to me, that's big. Then before I signed the last paper I made him promise me that after I sign this please tell me that all this great customer service doesn't end here after I walk out the door. That if I have problems with the car I can count on you if need be. He promised me that he will be there for me and I believe him. He has called to make sure things are going well. ????
