My worst experience was with a salesman working for a dealership in Renton who gave me a True Car estimate of $11,800 for a 2016 Elantra SE, then turned around and gave me an out-the-door price of $18,300. My experience with Korum was the exact opposite - I was treated professionally and with honesty and given an out-the-door price that was reasonable and not making me feel like I was being treated like a rube. Their internet team was forthright and patient with me over emails and phone calls, and when I showed up a couple of weeks later in Puyallup from Hawaii, Alex Tanchev took me through the final processes with as much, or more, knowledge and patience. I felt like Korum, and especially Alex, had my daughter's and my own best interests at heart, and not once in the entire process did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. My hat's off to a terrific staff at Korum. More
