It was a good car buying experience We worked with Don Sposato and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the Hyundai. We had done our research before heading to the dealersh We worked with Don Sposato and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the Hyundai. We had done our research before heading to the dealership and so knew we were interested in the Santa Fe or Tuscan. I went on my own one day while my husband was at work and Don showed me the two vehicles and told me about them in depth with no pressure to do more than just look at the vehicles. I then told him that I would talk with my husband and we would come back. In the few days between me coming in on my own and returning with my husband, Don emailed me a few times with some other cars on the lot that he thought might fit what I was looking for. He kept in great communication. When we returned he had a few vehicles that I was interested in looking at pulled to the side so that we could compare them side by side. We decided on the Tuscan and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. The negotiating process on the vehicle took some time but it always does when you are buying a car. I feel like we got a very fair deal on the vehicle itself, as well as, on our trade in. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, check our Hyundai and make sure that you ask for Don. Really nice guy!! More
