So Easy & Happy I had my 2017 Elantra in for servicing a week ago, at Korum Hyundai in Puyallup, where I purchased it. I had some wait time so went into the showroom I had my 2017 Elantra in for servicing a week ago, at Korum Hyundai in Puyallup, where I purchased it. I had some wait time so went into the showroom to look at the new Hyundia's. I WAS NOT shopping for another car as I like the Elantra. Don Sposato was working at his desk so I asked him a few general questions. He was very obliging and even took me outside to look at more new cars, particularly the Tucson. I answered some easy questions from him and he showed me how I could lease a New 2018 Tucson for only a couple of dollars a month more that my current Elantra payment. There was NO pressure or hard-sell, just genuine help with my questions. He went over everything in detail and showed me the figures on paper. I told him if I got a new car I wanted a wider back up camera view. He then showed me a 2018 Tucson-SEL-AWD that I could lease for 3 years for about $15 a month more. SO NOW I AM DRIVING A CAR THAT IS SMARTER THEN ME, but easy to drive! And my husband loves it too. Is this karma? As I remember, Don was suppose to be my salesman when I purchased the Elantra, but was busy with another customer. So I dealt with Alex, who was also a great salesperson. Now Don has gotten my car business. While we were waiting to sign papers, Don brought over a bunch of packaged snacks and water for us. That was a great touch. Even David, the Finance Mgr was wonderful at explaining everything about a lease in detail and was funny besides. I love the way Korum Hyundai treated us both times we bought from them. I have recommended them to a neighbor. One more thing.......Our auto insurance went Down over $100 with the new Tucson and all the safety features it has!!! More
