I never received a call/update from my rep. He said he called twice...never got anything. That' tough to believe in this day and age with technology. I called and left 2 voicemails over 3 days. There are other outfits who have way better customer service and get the job done much faster. Lastly, I left the keys on the car and called to alert someone of that after dropping the car. I asked the lady on the phone if I should turn around and drop in the drop box and she said no, just give me the code. I gave her the code and called 5 hours later for a status to only find out that nobody got the code, and nobody touched the car. Again, you guys are way too busy for good customer service. More

I was so pleasantly surprised. I came prepared for the work taking longer than quoted and the work was done within hours. Fantastic! I've hesitated to have work done at the deal I came prepared for the work taking longer than quoted and the work was done within hours. Fantastic! I've hesitated to have work done at the dealership because it's so difficult for me to get to work. You still make it difficult to get to work but the inconvenience this time was short lived. More

I am sorry to report that my SUV stop working this morning. I drove it and after pulling into a residential garage and turning it off for 5 minutes, it would not start up again. I called the Annapoli morning. I drove it and after pulling into a residential garage and turning it off for 5 minutes, it would not start up again. I called the Annapolis Store maintenance where I had over $3900.00 worth of work done, less than one day, and they sent a road serve truck. He turned the key a couple time and it started so, I drove back to the service department at Ford on Riva road.. As I was driving all the dashboard indicators start and dropped. They did not register anymore. After I pulled up to the service door and did not turn off the key for fear of not starting up again. But, I tried to put in reverse gear to move back, it would not go into gear, at all. Not to back up or drive. I left it there with Mike Treas with the info. Also, I noticed the hood was not down tight and I tried to close it. I opened and lift it and found a transmission container under the hood on the right side laying down. More
