Every thing was fine until the final bill was presented almost double the 59.95 price advertised for the works. my engine needed to be replaced. YIKES with 46000 miles on my car. It was a manu flaw but even so Ford didn’t cover it. Koons seems to have done a good job. the car runs fine. When a customer has significant work done - could you wash the car as a courtesy. i’ve never had a dealer that didn’t do this. My friend just had his Mazda in for regular service (85000 miles). and he got a spanking clean car back. More
All but two of my Explorers since they were introduced in the early '90s came from Koons. Service on all of the vehicles was done at Koons.
