Over the past several months, I was a potential new customer to Koons Ford had interacted with some members of the service area. To say the least, my impression of the professionals I encountered in person and on the phone was underwhelming to modest to tepid. having me question whether continuing a relationship with Koons Ford was the right direction for me. As a person who was a previous customer at East West Lincoln for several decades, with my sister, wife, daughter and son purchasing their vehicles from East West, I had decided that I would only interact with Koons Ford for specialized Ford services or Ford recalls on my vehicle. Alex's professionalism and subsequent interactions has gone a long way to positively changing my mind about interacting with Koons Ford in the future. Now, although I am not in a hurry to have a need for a repair of my 2016 Navigator, I look forward to my next time I do confidently engage with Koons Ford and Alex. Additionally, we enjoyed working with Hannah Goldbeck throughout this purchase, who has lead us through the MVA process. Dealership did not have parts to fix recall, despite recall number being in the appointment purpose. This delayed return of our car by an extra night. Also, we ordered a new key fob to replace one t recall number being in the appointment purpose. This delayed return of our car by an extra night. Also, we ordered a new key fob to replace one that drains batteries and gave dealership both of our fobs to do the programming. Dealership lost the physical key from inside one of our fobs (but later found it) and deprogrammed our functional fob, returning to us the new fob plus the one that drains batteries (and a non functional third). More
