Mr. Pringle was very friendly and professional. He periodically reviewed the status of my service completion and even provided a few packaged snacks during my lengthy wait. Despite having an early morning appointment with a specific request for a cabin filter replacement, my part was not available until the afternoon. After waiting for over 3 hours for service completion, Mr. Walp was very helpful to shuttle me to a more comfortable waiting location. For me, it would be preferable if this dealership offered vending machines to purchase basic snacks & drinks while waiting. Also, the TV shows in the waiting room were boring. A channel changing option would be nice. More
