I wanted to get my side view mirror looked at due to damage and added on an oil change. Slow service. Shop is always under staffed. Oil Change and check engine light took all day. Always have to call to check vehicle status. Forgot to reset oil status Shop is always under staffed. Oil Change and check engine light took all day. Always have to call to check vehicle status. Forgot to reset oil status and put new oil sticker in windshield. Didn't have O2 sensor in stock. Been over 2 weeks since service visit and haven't heard if O2 is back in stock. Would go elsewhere if there was another Ford dealer nearby. More
