Generally incompetent. I came in for a regular service, and they replaced a battery and somehow bricked my car for almost a week because they updated systems in the wrong o I came in for a regular service, and they replaced a battery and somehow bricked my car for almost a week because they updated systems in the wrong order. Terrible communication about when it was done. I was told every time I asked it would be finished that day and when it actually was finished, I didn't get a text or call about it. I had to twice to even get someone on the line to ask. Also, I asked them about a cruise control issue and they didn't fix it. I went to get my tires replaced elsewhere and they diagnosed that problem immediately and told me how to fix it More
