We had a terrible experience within days of having our SUV serviced at Koons Ford of Annapolis. We scheduled the 150k mile service. After the initial inspection we were told the SUV only needed the Works SUV serviced at Koons Ford of Annapolis. We scheduled the 150k mile service. After the initial inspection we were told the SUV only needed the Works package and a fuel injection cleaning; which we agreed to getting. Within days of having the services completed the SUV had a catastrophic malfunction, in the areas that were serviced, resulting in a serious incident. We’ve reached out to Koons Ford on four separate occasions and have not received a response. Not the service and non-response we expected. More
