I walked in stating that I owe the staff an apology because the day before while confirming this appointment I expressed that I believed I was being overcharged for work I did not understand so I neede because the day before while confirming this appointment I expressed that I believed I was being overcharged for work I did not understand so I needed to set another appointment next month to fit everything into my budget. I purchased a lifetime warranty. The representative in charge stated he would take another look, he did and the work that needed doing cost much less than originally scheduled. Service was rendered in a few hours. Service that I understood and could afford. Thank you! More

The service department of this dealership makes car maintenance a pleasure, not something I would necessarily have expected, based on an earlier experience of auto repair in Klamath Falls a long time a maintenance a pleasure, not something I would necessarily have expected, based on an earlier experience of auto repair in Klamath Falls a long time ago. The garage and enormous waiting room for customers are beautifully designed — airy, white-walled, and filled with light streaming in from tall windows. Also clean, shiny and quiet. There are comfortable armchairs in which I could get work done on my laptop if I had to. But the best part of the experience is the manager I’ve now worked with on both visits. Daniel Bridgeman is direct, truthful, flexible and very thoughtful. His explanations of work done on my car are satisfyingly detailed, easy to follow, and never patronising. He welcomes questions, makes helpful suggestions for keeping my vehicle running smoothly, and his bright-eyed young crew have excellent manners. More
