This gets me into the dealership regularly and allows them to identify any needed maintenance. Of course that's how they make some money, but it helps me too since all the data is in their computer. This last visit there were two things that were past due. No pressure to do either one, but I chose the most critical and got it done at the same time as the oil change. They took care of it all and got the vehicle back to me in the time they had estimated initially. These are my expectations: identify my needs, don't pressure me, do the job properly and in a reasonable time frame. My expectations were met. More

I called for a pick up, and while waiting the short 5 minutes for Dave to pick me up, got a text that my car was all ready to go. So easy, and they also filled my windshield washer fluid, which I forgot to ask about!
