Initial purchase good When signing the paperwork I specifically told KIrk I wanted to transfer my license plates and the paperwork was set up that way, then I get a card in When signing the paperwork I specifically told KIrk I wanted to transfer my license plates and the paperwork was set up that way, then I get a card in the mail telling me my new plates were in to come get them. I contacted the office and said there was a mistake and I got a call back from a Bethany. I explained myself and she promptly told me I was getting new plates, I told her I had asked for my old plates and she said they had paid for new plates and I asked if that was how I had to go and she very rudely told me no that if I had to have my old plates they would need the info. I had not asked for new plates, I did not feel it was my mistake and I did not appreciate her rudeness. I felt she was very unprofessional in her behavior. I went in with no intentions of buying a new car....then Levi came along with his friendly,professional,laid back demeanor and showed me around and asked what I may be interested in, we did some looking online and found exactly what I wanted in a price range I thought was fair for what I was getting. I was scared of dealing with the finance portion of it but Tim Boozer worked hard on finding a bank that would take care of me.
