Juan, my salesman, could not have been more sensitive and thoughtful in the negotiating process and I came away with a deal I was totally comfortable with. Juan made it very clear and believable that I could come back to him with any problem I experienced or question I needed answered and this made me feel very confident and secure. Cars have apparently changed quite a bit since I bought my 2009 Toyota Corolla new at Lithia of Klamath Falls and I'm finding there's a lot to learn to catch up.
