60,000 mile checkup and recall I had a factory recall and also scheduled my 60,000 mile checkup. Mentioned to Joe French I had a "thumping" sound in the rear and I was concerned it I had a factory recall and also scheduled my 60,000 mile checkup. Mentioned to Joe French I had a "thumping" sound in the rear and I was concerned it might be the shocks. Joe is very professional and listens to all concerns and makes notations about them. I feel very safe taking my car to Klaben for service. Turns out my shocks were leaking and they fixed that issue and because of the recall, I was given a free rental for the day. Tom Alcorn also got involved and they both made sure the car was serviced and I was taken care of. I really appreciate them both and respect their professional opinions. More

The car that can't be fixed I had my car in for a oil change and other small problems they were all taken care of without any problems,,the one major problem that I had since i p I had my car in for a oil change and other small problems they were all taken care of without any problems,,the one major problem that I had since i purchased the vehicle nobody wants to take care of it, like I said before if this vehicle was driven by Mr. Klabben"s wife, girlfriend or both it would be fixed or traded in,, and yes I tried to trade it in two weeks after I purchased it,and again about a month latter,both times I was assured that the problem would be taken care of,,Oh well,,,I'm glad that my wife and I purchased the extended warranty,, this way we can be a pain in somebody's butt untill it gets fixed...more to come...
